Cancellation Policy
Bookings close 1 day before the session starts. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact me at least two hours in advance of your appointment in order to avoid forfeiture of your non-refundable booking fee/deposit of $15 Your booking fee secures your preferred date/time. If the appointment is cancelled at least two hours before your appointment, it will be reapplied to your rescheduled date/time. If you miss your appointment and failed to notify me within the two hours prior to your appointment, you will lose your deposit of $15. Two consecutive missed appointments (whether cancellation or rescheduling) will result in permanent refusal of services due to the resulting loss of time and money.
